This Return Authorisation (RMA) Form is for The Good Guys stores managing Laser GVA product returns. It ensures warranty claims, faulty product replacements, and return-to-vendor (RTV) requests are logged correctly for fast processing by our support team.

When to Use This Form

• If a customer has returned a Laser GVA product purchased from The Good Guys
• If the product is faulty and requires a warranty replacement
• If you need to provide invoice, RTV number, and batch details for a return

What You Will Need

Before submitting, please have the following information ready: - Store name and contact person - Customer invoice number and purchase date - Laser product code and item batch number (if available) - RTV number (where applicable) - Clear description of the fault
