Agreement Acceptance

By selecting "agree and submit the Agreement" during registration or by using the service, you confirm your understanding and agreement to the outlined terms. Breaches of the Agreement may result in unilateral restriction, suspension, or termination of service by Laser, which reserves the right to investigate any responsibilities involved.

Service Overview

This Agreement, signed between you and Laser, includes (but is not limited to) the Laser Privacy Policy and other relevant rules. Any updates to the Agreement will be communicated through the licensed software, becoming effective upon announcement. Continued use of the service signifies acceptance of updated terms.

Definitions of Terms

• Licensed Software: The software system developed by Laser, applicable to specified system mobile terminals.
• Services: Intelligent life equipment management services, enabling access and interlinkage of intelligent devices via the Laser SmartHome app.

Service and Use

Laser provides intelligent equipment management services, including device interlinkage and reporting. Usage is limited to authorized platforms and non-commercial purposes, with prior permission required for commercial operations. Laser reserves the right to modify or upgrade services as needed.

Third-Party Services

Certain features may involve third-party software or services, for which Laser holds no responsibility. Continuation of such services depends on agreements with these third parties.

Obligations and Standards

Users must ensure the lawful and responsible use of the software and maintain the accuracy and security of account credentials. Violations of standards, including data misuse or unauthorized access, may result in termination or further actions by Laser.

Governing Laws

The Agreement adheres to Australian Consumer Law, with reference to international business and industrial practices where applicable.
